Ms. Dou’s practice involves primarily corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on tax and healthcare.  Ms. Dou represents healthcare industry clients regarding a wide range of regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse compliance, Stark law compliance, HIPAA and similar state law compliance, and state licensure, among others.  Ms. Dou also represents and advises a wide variety of business entities, including non-profits and tax-exempt entities, on tax planning and tax controversy matters.  Ms. Dou has experience in providing advice and counseling to business clients in entity formation and operations, purchase and sale, and merger and acquisition transactions.
