Ben Eilenberg is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Eilenberg assists clients with all aspects of corporate, intellectual property, property, banking and environmental litigation. Mr. Eilenberg has experience with litigating and resolving corporate dissolutions, copyright and patent claims, contract claims, trust and estate plans, gun range liability, construction law, environmental claims, water law and property disputes. Mr. Eilenberg is also experienced in forensic accounting and financial analysis.
As Chief Managing Editor of an international business law journal, Mr. Eilenberg has worked with authorities in fields such issues as internet regulation, climate change, emerging markets in third-world countries, and the World Trade Organization. As well, as a Vice-Chair of the ABA Property Insurance Law Committee, Mr. Eilenberg is on the forefront of emerging local and national issues regarding property owners’ coverage and liability.
