Felix Martin is a Senior Counsel whose practice includes disputes in Probate Court and complex civil litigation, and is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in California. Mr. Martin is also a Certified Public Accountant, whose unique combination of legal and accounting experience makes him an exceptional advocate in disputes concerning trusts, assets and estates of persons who have died, and conservatorship proceedings. Mr. Martin has handled hundreds of cases through resolution, and has experience in jury trials, bench trials, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including mediation.
Mr. Martin has extensive experience representing Certified Public Accounts in civil litigation and administrative proceedings, including before the California Board of Accountancy, and has successfully handled hundreds of such proceedings.
Mr. Martin's practice includes advice and planning in uncontested probate proceedings, including representing personal representatives (such as executors, administrators and trustees) and beneficiaries.
