Ms. McGough is a shareholder in the Transactions Department. She specializes in real estate, business and corporate transactions, which require knowledge and experience negotiating and drafting agreements, analysis of land use and due diligence matters, equitably resolving potentially critical issues, and closing the transactions. Ms. McGough also has considerable expertise in guiding business clients in matters involving contracts, sales and acquisitions of business assets, entity formation and taxation. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1996 from the University of Oklahoma, where she served as a Contributor to the American Indian Law Review. Ms. McGough is on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc.
