Raquel Ortega is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and is a member of the Labor & Employment Law Practice Group. Ms. Ortega’s practice involves representing clients in a variety of corporate and real property disputes. Ms. Ortega endeavors to find unique solutions to resolve complex disputes in an efficient, cost-effective manner. She works closely with her clients to achieve the best results possible, often attaining results beyond her clients’ expectations.
Ms. Ortega also assists small to large businesses to resolve employment law issues. She has experience solving employment law issues requiring specialized knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations, including wage-hour compliance, discrimination and harassment laws, employee discipline and termination issues, employment leave issues, and reductions-in-force.
