Kevin Randolph limits his practice to complex transactions involving real estate, land use, redevelopment and public/private economic development projects. He enjoys a statewide reputation earned following numerous successful projects involving the assembly, disposition and development of land for residential, commercial and governmental uses, including low and moderate income housing.
Mr. Randolph's roster of current and former clients include both public and private agencies. He is currently lead outside real property counsel for the nation's largest community college district, whom he has assisted in multiple property acquisitions through voluntary purchases and through condemnation.
Mr. Randolph has provided legal guidance in connection with many of California’s signature public/private development projects, including Fontana Empire Center, Meridian Business Park at March Air Reserve Base, and Ontario Town Square. He currently represents the master redeveloper of the former El Toro Marine Corps Air Station as well as a consortium of public and private interests involved in the creation of a mixed use conservation preserve in Riverside County. Mr. Randolph provides clients with an uncommon insight into the concerns and objectives of the public sector, which he acquired through almost 20 years of representing public agencies prior to joining Gresham Savage.
A member of the California Receivers Forum, Mr. Randolph also serves as a court-appointed receiver under Health and Safety Code section 17980.7, bringing to bear his expertise in real estate transactional law as well as his experience with the practical issues inherent in rehabitation management, problem real estate marketing, loan workouts and financial analysis. He has served as receiver for the San Bernardino and Riverside County.
Mr. Randolph’s background and expertise make him a frequent and popular choice for seminars and lectures in professional and public forums.
