Print PDFMelissa Becerra is an associate in the Real Estate/Land Use department. Ms. Becerra assists clients in various aspects of title and transactional work, including complex easement transactions, sale/leaseback transactions, and rights of first refusal. She has assisted clients to resolve complicated title matters involving boundary disputes, legal description gaps as well as disputed prescriptive easement rights to resolve such issues to the client’s satisfaction and ensure clean title is received at the transaction’s conclusion.
In addition to her work in the Real Estate/Land Use department, Ms. Becerra also shows a deep commitment to her community and understands that by making her community stronger, she is able to provide a stronger base for her clients. Through her fundraising efforts for United Way, spearheading of the firm’s American Heart Walk team, and participation in the Leadership Riverside Program, Ms. Becerra provides a strong sense leadership and confidence that transfers to her profession as well.
