Robert Ritter has devoted his practice to corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on healthcare and real property, in a career that now spans three decades.

Mr. Ritter has negotiated and drafted documentation for the purchase and sale of numerous business ventures, as well as for a number of complex joint ventures and partnerships, representing both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Ritter has organized and continues to counsel a significant number of corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies who rely upon Mr. Ritter’s broad experience and considerable skills. He has been instrumental in obtaining bond financing for local and regional hospitals and non-profit organizations, including the first HUD insured hospital bond financing in the state of California.
