Mr. Werner's experience is in civil litigation, primarily in matters involving business and real estate disputes, business torts, contracts, healthcare coverage, and probate litigation. Mr. Werner has also briefed and argued cases before the California Court of Appeal for District Two, Four and Five, and briefed and argued a case that was accepted for review by the California Supreme Court.
In addition to being an active member in local professional organizations, such as the Riverside County Bar Association and the Leo A. Deegan Inn of Court, Mr. Werner is also involved in the community in which he works and lives. His participation in community affairs includes being vice-chair of the City of Loma Linda Planning Commission, a Trustee of the Riverside City Library, a member of the Riverside City Library Foundation, and a member of the Parkview Community Hospital Foundation. Mr. Werner also served as President of the Board for the Plymouth Tower, a senior residence facility.
