His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate development including retail, commercial, residential and industrial property acquisitions and dispositions, secured lending, commercial leasing, construction and financing. In addition to real property matters, Mr. Wilcox also has substantial experience related to business entity formation, operations, acquisitions, sales and mergers.
Often sought out for his reputation and keen ability to identify and resolve issues and impediments inherent in complex transactions, Mr. Wilcox has served as lead counsel for numerous Fortune 500 companies in the successful acquisition and development of well over a hundred real estate projects throughout California. It is these same qualities and experience that he brings to numerous local businesses, regional real estate developers, and construction companies whom he skillfully guides through a variety of complex transactions.
