Zena M Ho clerked with Gresham Savage in the summer of 2008 and formally joined the firm as an Associate in 2009. Ms. Ho spent her first year at the Firm as an Associate in the Litigation Group and is now an Associate in the Firm's Transaction Group. Her practice now focuses on assisting clients in acquiring, leasing and developing commercial real property. Ms. Ho has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and residential lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements for improved and unimproved land, and development agreements. Ms. Ho also assists clients to resolve complex title matters involving boundary disputes, potential prescriptive easement rights, and other defects on title to ensure clean title is received at the closing of the transaction.
As Chief Managing Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, Ms. Ho honed her skills as an advocate and her ability to complete tasks under strict deadlines within budgetary constraints. As a result, Ms. Ho understands the importance of her client's objectives while simultaneously providing cost efficient representation.
