Holly Cordova has extensive experience as a real estate attorney, both in private practice and as a Regional General Counsel for a Fortune 250 company. Her practice focuses on structuring complex real estate projects, ranging from retail, office and industrial centers to affordable and market rate residential projects. Ms. Cordova handles a wide array of development matters, with a particular emphasis on acquisition, leasing, construction and secured financing. Her skills are a result of providing comprehensive legal services to developers, landlords, tenants, investors, financial institutions and real estate investment trusts throughout the United States.
Ms. Cordova is committed to her community, and has worked extensively with several non-profit programs, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Big Sister League of San Diego and various schools in low income communities. She also contributes to the legal community, and has served on the Executive Committee of the California State Bar Real Property Section.
