Business Attorney
A business attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in business transactions and corporate compliance.

Candidates should have immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds. Candidates should be self-starters and possess high standards of work ethic and accountability as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, be highly organized and efficient, and work well in a team-oriented environment.
