Realtor Associations

Gresham Savage has long represented Realtor associations and multiple listing service providers, providing the full array of general counsel services to the Association, including advising and consulting with the Board of Directors, Committees, Administration and senior staff; advising on and enforcing the Association’s organization and operational documents; advising on land use and development issues; and representing associations in the resolution of hundreds of enforcement, assessment collection, land use, labor and employment, and other litigation and administrative disputes.  We have been actively involved in the California Association of Realtors as both members and speakers.
