Gresham Savage President and CEO, Mark Ostoich, was featured
in the “Local Profiles” section of the Press Enterprise.
In the interview, he discussed how he came to be an attorney at Gresham Savage, his biggest business challenges and how Gresham Savage competes with the larger firms in local metropolises.
Mr. Ostoich has led the Firm since 1997, first as managing partner and now as President and CEO. “It’s the only job I’ve ever had,” he said. As an attorney in the Inland Southern California region, he has faced many challenges. “I think the biggest challenge was attaining prominence in the eyes of outside clients, clients from outside the area,” he said.
To combat the image of being second best, Gresham Savage focuses on offering competitive salaries and benefits, marketing themselves through relationships and remaining skilled advocates for their clients. As Mr. Ostoich puts it, “Number one is just to do excellent work and represent our clients very, very well.”
