Gresham Savage provides tax planning advice and tax controversy representation to individuals and companies.  The firm works with it clients to structure their corporate transactions, real estate transactions, and/or compensation plans in the most effective manner to take advantage of the current tax law, but also to accomplish the primary goals of the transaction.    

The Tax Department of Gresham Savage works with all other practice areas to provide tax advice specific to the needs of that area.
